This includes your name, email, phone, city and state, loan details, and income or employment information you enter in our forms; appointment details when you book through Calendly; and anything you send by email, phone or text.

3. Information Collected Automatically

This includes your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit, collected through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager using cookies.

4. How We Use It

To respond to you, schedule consultations, review loan options, communicate with you, comply with legal and licensing requirements, and improve the site.

5. Text Messages

We text you only if you check the consent box on our form. Consent isn’t required to get a loan. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with NEXA Lending LLC, our licensed company;
